  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix the lemon zest, lemon juice,mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parm cheese, parsley, and olive oil together until you have a loose paste. If the mix is dry add more olive oil. Set aside. Cut the bottom part of the cauliflower and remove the green leaves. Place the cauliflower on a sheet pan lined with tin foil. Spread the mixture over the cauliflower. Turn it and just smooth it into all the nooks. Bake for 1hour and 15 minutes until fork tender. Serve with steak and sweet potato fries.
