Chicken Noodle and Matzoh Ball Soup

- 1 pkg chicken thighs boneless, skinless
- 2 pkg soup greens
- kosher salt
- pepper
- 1 pkg matzoh ball mix
- 1/2 pkg thin egg noodles
- In a large pot add all of the ingredients except the thin noodles. Simmer on the stove top for 2-3 hours. Make the noodles according to directions and set aside. Enjoy with challah. Bon Appetit.
