In a food processor add the broccoli. Pulse 20 times or until the consistency of cous cous. Add the egg, Parmesan cheese,garlic, salt and pepper. Combine well. Make it into a ball. In a clean tea towel, put the mixture and squeeze out the water. On a sheet tray turned upside down, place a piece of parchment paper. Press the broccoli mixture with the palm of your hand until you reach a 12" circle. Bake in a Preheated 475°F degree oven for 15 minutes. When done put the shredded cheese on first, then add the sauce. Place the pepperoni in a circle. Place bake in the oven for 5 more minutes. Remove and let stand for 10 minutes.
