Break the matzoh in a bowl. Soak in water for a few seconds till wet not soaked. Drain the water. Add the eggs, salt and vanilla and mix completely. In a non stick pan, you can add a pat of butter or Pam, lay the mixture and move it till it forms a pancake. Cook until golden on the bottom, about 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another few minutes. Serve with sugar, syrup or fruit. Enjoy with a cup of coffee. Bon Appetit.
