When I first entered Piecraft, you see the counter immediately with many fabulous toppings. I was not familiar with Piecraft, and so I didn’t know what to expect. A staff member came over and explained the premise of the restaurant. Pie craft is not fast food nor is it a full service restaurant. After you order and pay, you a given a number to bring to your table. When your food is ready, a staff member will bring it to your table. When you are finished you can just leave the restaurant. No cleanup is required or neither is gratuities.
The different types of pizza at Piecraft is enormous. You can have pizza that they feature or you can make your own. The first step is to choose from three different types of crust. You can choose the original, whole wheat bread, spicy firecracker , sun-dried tomato and cayenne, or gluten-free, rice baked in our gluten free oven. Next is step two, a base for the pizza which include, NY Classic, Margherita Red, Pesto, The Pink Eye (vodka sauce). Then comes step three the toppings. With over 30 toppings to choose from $.99 to $2.99. You can build and create whatever you please. I had half of their specialty pizza the Burrata Pie and half of my choosing. The toppings are fresh and placed on the pizza and then directly in their hot coal fire oven for about 5minutes. The crust is sure thin and crunchy. The pizza was delicious, crunchy and bursting with flavor. from. There is a great selections of soups and salads to choose from. I had the Burrata Plate, burrata, arugula, beets, shaved Parmigana with a balsamic drizzle. The beets were fresh roasted and the burrata was divine. I tried the Fire-Brazed Artisan Meatballs. I had the old school meatballs, red sauce with a scoop of ricotta and the buffalo chicken meatballs, spicy buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing. The three nice sized meatballs tasted exactly how they were named. As you head to the cashier, you are drawn to the beautiful showcase of desserts. From brownies and cake pops, to cookies, macarons and more. At the end of the restaurant is a full liquor bar. They have signature craft cocktails, as well as beer and wine. At checkout you are given cups for the soda machine or there are other bottled beverages.
Piecraft is an ideal place for lunch, brunch or dinner. It is a very clean and modern restaurant. With many wonderful choices to choose from, there is something for everyone. It is a great place for families, teens, young adults and more. The restaurant is wonderful in that you can eat fast and then leave or stay as long as you please. This is a semi service restaurant. I would definitely come back for another meal at Piecraft.
